The MESA Newsletter is a quarterly publication with a circulation of approximately 2,550 (February, May, August and November). The newsletter finish size is 8 ½" wide x 11" high. All advertising is subject to MESA's policy on advertising. Graphic design services are available at $35.00 per hour. All advertising inquiries and forms should be directed to: Nadia Hlibka.

Employment and summer programs are subject to the following fees:
- Text online only: $60.00
- Text listing online plus print Newsletter version (subject to deadline): $100.00.

Policy on Advertising
Appropriate advertsiements are accepted for MESA publications (MESA Newsletter, MESA Review of Middle East Studies, Annual Meeting Program) on a space available basis. MESA reserves the right to refuse ads it deems inappropriate or in conflict with MESA's objectives. MESA publications will not accept advertising form defense and intelligence related agencies from any government. The appearance of an ad in a MESA publication does not imply endorsement by MESA.
