MESA 2009 Child Care

Although MESA will not offer on-site child care at the 2009 annual meeting, there are local providers that will do in-room sitting. Parents can google "child care services Boston" to find providers. One such provider* that was brought to MESA's attention is:

BBS asks that individuals make reservations AT LEAST 1 week in advance.  Cost:  A one-time service fee of $40, a $10 Transportation fee and a $15/hour per child plus $1 per each additional child.  Hours of operation are 8am-8pm, 7 days a week and they check their voice messages often. 

Thanks to the generosity of MESA members, parents can be reimbursed for up to $200 of their MESA meeting child care expenses. To find out how to qualify and about what documentation you will need, please contact Shirley Nellson.
